The Regatta at Lake Lynn started as a 60 year-old residential building complex that needed some big updates, quickly.
Oden began our work with The Regatta at Lake Lynn at the beginning of the 2020 pandemic. In just 2 1/2 months, we completely renovated both the interiors and the exteriors of the buildings, modernizing and reviving the entire complex from the inside out.
The Regatta team approached Oden about renovating the property at the end of 2019. Their two most important goals for the project included updating the entire look and feel of the existing property to improve the resident living experience and finishing the project quickly to minimize the disturbance to full-time residents.
Tore off and replaced 300,000 sq/ft of cedar siding
In 10 short weeks, Oden was able to remove and refresh the entire exterior siding, renovate 16 test units, install thousands of indoor and outdoor hardware and electrical units, and even add new coping and diamond-bright finish at the pools in accordance with North Carolina's standards.
