Patrick is the Founder and Owner of Oden Construction. With 15 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction, and 8 plus years of experience working in multi-family construction, Patrick offers a breadth of knowledge and expertise in a variety of industry-specific areas. His leadership is demonstrated by his ability to put together the very best teams to complete any job. This has allowed him to successfully expand the company's services to over ten states in less than a decade.
Patrick's highest held value is transparency, and he proudly offers Oden clients full transparency, detailed analyses, and due diligence services to ensure all of the company's clients are well cared for, and are making the best possible choices with their investments.
Mario comes to Oden with 25 years of multi-family and residential construction experience, including 10 years as Director of Construction with Ernie Hagen, 7 years as CEO & Licensed Contractor in Georgia with G&G Restoration, and a 2 year partnership with MOR construction, Mario's impressive work experience has made him a true professional in his trade and a respected leader at Oden.
He has proudly completed over 10,000 unit renovations, and over 3,000 kitchen and bathroom models in his career. He can handle anything from framing, to electrical, to plumbing projects and much more. Mario's key to success is treating every person he meets with the utmost respect and courtesy, regardless of circumstances.
Charlie is Oden's second Senior Project Manager. As a U.S. Navy Veteran (active duty for 4 years and a specialist in F14 and F18 fighter jet navigation systems), Charlie's experience is deeply rooted in servant leadership. Charlie also has 10 plus years of experience in personnel and budget management, 12 plus years in multi-family renovations, and has successfully procured over $600,000 in appliances and various supplies to turn over 200 plus fully renovated apartments during the 2020 pandemic.
He is easily adaptable to the industry's daily challenges and has managed crews and budgets for multi-million dollar projects in stressful situations (including but not limited to the 2020 worldwide health crisis). Charlie's goal in life, and the key behind his success, is his goal to leave the world better than he found it.
