The Oaks at Creekside was an entire interior and exterior renovation project for a multi-building, multi-family property. Oden managed to flip the property on schedule, on budget, and on par with the client's expectations.
The client needed Oden to update over 40 units to bring the entire property up to par with similar properties in the Temple, TX area. Their primary motivation was not only to create a better living experience for existing residents, but to increase their total occupancy while keeping in mind a tight project turnaround with the start of a new leasing season.

The bulk of The Oaks project was updating all the property's interior units. The Oden Team hit the ground running and was able to completely renovate over 40 units (including walls, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and more) in just 3 months.
The Oden Team delivered on time and on budget, renovating 43 individual apartment units. Additionally, Oden's team installed major updates like washer and dryer connections for brand new appliances. Ultimately, the client was pleased and continues to work with Oden on a recurring basis, today.
