Nestled in the heart of southern charm, Louisiana, The Lumiere required a fresh look and feel that would attract new tenants to the property while retaining its existing tenants. The Lumiere in Louisiana project started as an full exterior/interior rehab, but with the unexpected onset of water and wind damage from a nearby tornado, it quickly became a collective effort to secure/fix the interior, and restore the building back to its original state to get residents back into their homes, safely.

The Oden Team renovated 268 interior units at The Lumiere while also renovating large community spaces including the mailroom, clubhouse, the outdoor living spaces, and the community pool. Additionally, when the tornado at Lake Pontachrain hit, Oden was quick to respond and secured the roof within less than 48 hours to ensure the safety of the building's residents. Our team even helped our client create the proper damage reports to file a claim with insurance.
